About the Project
Many young people need skills that match today’s labour market. This initiative combines digital literacy, vocational coaching and mentorship so trainees can move from learning into real pathways. Sessions are delivered with community partners and follow-up mentoring so skills are practised, not forgotten after a short workshop.

What We Did
Community training sessions, mentorship and skills coaching with young people in Nakuru County.
Results
