About the Program
When women and marginalized groups lead and participate safely, whole communities benefit. MAL promotes equality, safeguarding and accessible engagement across programmes and governance.
Inclusion is treated as a design principle—not an afterthought.
What We Do
- Promote leadership, protection, participation and economic empowerment of women and girls.
- Advance disability inclusion and accessibility in MAL governance, programs, communication and community engagement.
- Promote inclusion and dignity of older persons and other marginalized groups.
- Prevent discrimination, exploitation, abuse, harassment and other forms of violence through awareness, safeguarding and referral.
